Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM.

  • Meet daily KPIs and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.

  • Support a robust client portfolio with periodic Sales Meetings via web-hosting software.

  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.

  • Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments and hosting virtual presentations.

  • Diligent follow-up with leads and prospects.

  • Consistent communication to maintain relationships with existing customers.

  • Strong negotiation abilities to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Ability to navigate objections and counterarguments effectively.

  • Confidence in asking for the sale and overcoming last-minute objections.

  • Flexibility to adapt sales strategies based on different customer personalities and situations.

  • Ability to handle rejection and bounce back quickly.

  • Perseverance to persist through longer sales cycles.

  • Excellent project management and a positive attitude.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and communicate effectively with business owners and C-Level executives.

  • Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a high intense sales environment.

  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and effectively communicate high-level sales concepts to prospects.
