Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM.
Meet daily KPIs and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
Support a robust client portfolio with periodic Sales Meetings via web-hosting software.
Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments and hosting virtual presentations.
Diligent follow-up with leads and prospects.
Consistent communication to maintain relationships with existing customers.
Skills Required
Strong negotiation abilities to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Ability to navigate objections and counterarguments effectively.
Confidence in asking for the sale and overcoming last-minute objections.
Flexibility to adapt sales strategies based on different customer personalities and situations.
Ability to handle rejection and bounce back quickly.
Perseverance to persist through longer sales cycles.
Excellent project management and a positive attitude.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and communicate effectively with business owners and C-Level executives.
Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a high intense sales environment.
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and effectively communicate high-level sales concepts to prospects.
